I really don't like rudeness, but a difference of opinion, if stated clearly and courteously, isn't rude. Yet, just disagreeing with what some people say is enough to get them behaving rudely and defensively. People should take a step back and see what is actually being said, instead of reacting to what they think you mean.
There are times my opinion differs from others. I feel I am quite articulate and that I express myself very well, but still I run into people who become positively abusive, when I say, I disagree, and proceed to say why.
