I Don't Have Friends, I Have Aquaintances

I just realised why it sucks to not have a friend or someone you can lean on. I'm sick but a doctor is 20 mins walking away and I feel dizzy... Guess I'll just sleep, eat a lot of fruit and hope I'll soon get better...
(not to be dramatic, it's nothing serious, I just wish I could check it)
