I Fix Things

I love to fix things. from computers to electronic devices to anything. I hack a lot of things. if something is broken or doesn't work there's a logical reason for it. you just have to find it and fix it. it is really simple to fix things even without experience. with trial and error and internet you can literally fix anything without much trouble.
the thing is that most people don't even try it.
I've fixed many things like watches, washing machines, tv's, computers, anything really. it's like going to the doctor. you have a symptom you are analyzed sometimes you need further exams and then a solution is applied.
I like to fix people too. people are far harder. for starters you can't fix anyone that doesn't want to. but it does work.
I like the challenge of finding out how things work and how to get to a result I want. the human mind is no exception. it's highly complex sometimes and that's why I enjoy working with people. not because I like people in general, in fact I don't. most people are boring.
that's what I do.
I'm a fixer.
and I can even fix myself if I want to. but sometimes some help is required. a doctor won't perform a surgery on himself that is. it's the same on a psychological level. you can't hypnotize yourself to fix things for example.
that's why I like complex interesting intelligent people. maybe because I can also find in them some commonality since most people are stupid.
everything can be fixed really. it's just that sometimes people don't bother to fix things. not even themselves.

How do you learn? I’m not passionate about it like I am about drawing but I want to do this on my own...

@Lorna I've always learned things on my own. I just investigate. I mean we are not in the middle ages. and with the advent of internet you can find more information about a subject than you can process in a lifetime. but every before. there's books there's people. just investigate. it's a journey. I often start from zero. I will fail many times and that's great because that makes me learn even more.
basically, how do I learn? I embrace failure and let myself learn.

I can brainwash myself sometimes :)
unknownpoetx · 36-40, M
@ryoshi0915 I lack that skill. you have to teach me that

Control what you feed your mind, fake your emotions, ask philosophical questions, look for flaws in the opposing beliefs. It depends on the situation.
unknownpoetx · 36-40, M
@ryoshi0915 tbh... I don't want that skill...

I want to know how to fix people. There is someone i really need to fix
unknownpoetx · 36-40, M
@Lorieta you need to fix yourself first and you can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped
