I Have Work Problems

I am Security Officer at the location I am at I have been there almost 2 years I have seen so many people come and go. Every time the company I work for hires someone and sends them to Location X (cant say the real place we will call it X ) The person(s) get trained and then after 3 days poof there gone.
I don't know if it's the money because we me shit money but Personally I enjoy my job. But after all the people that come and go I have a good feeling it is management at the site causing this issue.

They need to have new management come in but I cant go above my managers head to her boss i am afraid of backlash and losing my job over it.

I have seven years experience in private security, and I can tell you right off the bat that too many services, and client companies, refuse to pay a decent wage for what they expect. In 2002 one client got bought out and the new company brought in their own service. We were expected to sign on to the new service, that entailed a $3/hour pay cut. My site manager refused as well and took me and four other people to another site and kept the same pay.

@NativeOregonian The contract was taken over July 2019 by a new company they gave us .50 more it's a joke. Min Wage is going up by $1.00 in 2020 in my state so basically I'll be making minimum wage now because I know the company isn't going to pay us anymore.

With our manager pulling 20 hours overtime each week if not more then that there is no room for anything, and the reason I say i think it's management making new people quick if she keeps the new people on she will have to stop getting all this overtime.

Isn't this a no-brainer, it's not your problem.

@funloving1 It is my problem because it directly effects me.

@Thisisme86 My dad would say it's not your problem because there's nothing you can do.

@funloving1 I can respect that, there isn't a thing i can do about it besides what i been and that's looking for a new job.
