Going to school .

Nature had given the ability to make a child get up when his or her sleep is over . No one sleeps continuously for more than finite time , they wake up when theif body is fully energised and they are healthy .

It is just like thirst , a person is full with 1 glass , someone is full with 2 glasses , but they do feel satisfied after drinking some glass of water .

But when it is about time , kids are expected to wake up at 5 am whether they slept at 9 pm or 2 am , that is not understood .

Nor it is understood for anyone who has to wake up at 8 am to go to office .

Let people sleep their natural routine , let them sleep till their body need .

Most people get best sleep at 3 am to 9 am , but they are expected to wake up at 5 or 6 am .

Should people sleep according to their bodily need whether for 5 hours or 8 hours , or according to the man made school or office schedule ?
