I Am Battling Self Harm

For 4 years now, I have been getting worse.... I got to the point where i might need stiches. And if i die from bloodloss then thank god. I don't want to go to school I don't want to leave my room. my best friend constantly talks about her bf. But when I say I don't like relationships anymore she yells at me and says I hate when people complain.... it was just one little thing I said.
