I will always favour French cuisine, although I love Italian country cooking also. I think the best gastronomy is to be found in the countries most exposed and open to external influence, and France wins by a country mile on that measure. I agree, Peruvian food is wonderful. I have a Peruvian in-law who makes fantastic pastries at Christmas 😌

In England we have some of the best restaurants in the world, with some of the best chefs...but France and Italy have fantastic food

I love American food, but anyone who says English food is not goos has been to the wrong restaurants, I've been to a lot of countries and still think I enjoy our food more.....how are you, not seen you much@VelvetDoll

I love Italian food. I haven’t tried much other than that, Indian and Mexican, hopefully I can travel sometime I try some other food.
