I Have Relationship Troubles

Ok so before any of you try saying anything: I am not crazy or needy. This kind of stuff just annoys the shit out of me. I was texting my gf last night and she's been on her birthday trip for the entire weekend with her friend and parents. So one minute she was texting me about how she wants to move in with me in some nice little place near the water and i agreed to it and talked about it for a little bit once that convo was dead I brought up that I got July 4th night off of work and asked if she wanted to hang out. She said "if I can 😊" I said "I hope you can. Do you think your parents would change their minds about us going to that thing (big July 4th festival kind of thing) and I never got a text back or even had my message read. This was at about 10:20 and I know she had this haunted trail thing or whatever that she was going to at 11:00 but you know I was just like ok. At around 10:40 I was on Instagram and noticed that she was on there liking pictures and stuff not more than 10 minutes after I sent that text. This annoyed me. I know her haunted thing ended at about 1:00 am which I was asleep by then but by the time I woke up at 10:00 still no text back or even saw that she had read it. Now I was really annoyed because I know that there was no way she hasn't checked her phone once in the last 12 hours. So I had a thought and went to Instagram and sure enough a couple minutes ago she was on there liking pictures. Then about 5 minutes ago she texted back her answer and didn't even say something like sorry I was busy or some excuse. She just said it like I was too stupid to realize she was ignoring me. So no excuses for her. She was ignoring my text on purpose and from what I know for no reason. Now before you say I'm just being needy. She's the needy one in the relationship. She wants to text me all the time even when she's WITH her friends. She's even gotten mad at me when I didn't cuz I wanted her to enjoy her time with her friends. Yesterday I got off work at 4 but I didn't text her until around 7 asking her if she wanted to go to one of my friends pool parties. She was just like "what time did you get off of work?" Basically implying that she was annoyed I waited so long to text her. I just CANT STAND when she ignores my texts like that and thinks that I'm too stupid to realize it.
