I Am In Counseling
I firmly believe I have social anxiety and as a result I'm always worrying when in public. I literally cannot speak in public, talk to a stranger, participate in class, etc., or just do what others do and I feel it will hold me back in my future. It's scary. I've had it for maybe six years now and it's starting to crush me. My college has a program that deals with excessive worry and I feel it will really help me. I start my first session next week. Very hopeful.
