I suspect it’s a politically manipulated wave that will disappear soon here with the Supreme Court Senate “ battle”, and then it will be a moot point after the election and on to the next big thing to cast blame about by the media

Probably and the US is next. Guess I’ll start my Christmas shopping as deliveries are going to take a month. 🙄
Gangstress · 41-45, F
@Keepitsimple I was thinking about that last night. Everyone's getting vouchers lol

Lots of sensible things have been done by sensible people.... however there are still many who don’t care, don’t take precautions etc who have not helped the situation! A case here in the UK of a freshers week party.... guess what, several new cases!

I do not believe so. Death mortality is very low. They only talk about "cases" but fail to define what they are. There are lots of false positives and people who are just not infectious.

Lol at some of the comments here
Anyway yes it's on the rise. It will depend how bad it hits on the mismanagement the government's do this time.
Currently France and spain are pretty boned and the uk is climbing faster then the initial wave so depending how shit borris handles it this time (and it's looking to be shit) we will see how bad it strikes
Not sure of other countries.

I think there will be in the US right before election time.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
I think it will be in November but not really related to the election. People are becoming complacent. I went out to eat the other day, outdoor seating and our waitress was t even wearing her mask over her nose. That isn’t going to stop the spread. Maybe I’m brainwashed at this point. I don’t know. :( @BlueRain
PTCdresser57 · 61-69, M
I agree Keepitsimple...it will happen this fall/winter because ppl in general are becoming complacent.
Gangstress · 41-45, F
who fucking knows. Maybe there is, maybe there isn't
Yulianna · 26-30, F
yes, it is true, cases are rising.
TheSirfurryanimalWales · 61-69, M
@Yulianna but only after 10pm!If we are all good and are home from the pub by then it will all be okay....making it up as they go along.☹️

There's no such thing.

Seems like it

England is approaching another national lockdown because of mass gatherings in pubs and people’s houses.
Gangstress · 41-45, F
@SW-User no we're not. The economy will not allow a full lockdown. It'll be partial. Like what they have done today but somewhat contradictory. I mean meet your mates but don't see family.
SW-User
Hey yep certain parts are indeed on lock down but it’s only a matter of time before the entire country is again. Covid is rising rapidly and they estimate 50 000 new cases a day by October even with local lockdowns .... and it’s on level 4 rn level 5 is a national lockdown.
Common sense when meeting mates and family.
Mass gatherings around houses and pubs isn’t common sense that’s just selfish and stupid
