I Prefer A Relationship Over Dating
The title doesn't really work other than it reminded me of something I prefer
So tonight, one of those times I go out for a drink reading a book. I saw a woman and a guy together, they were obviously on a first date. My first intimate reading, personally that wouldn't matter upon their date of the guy, you are arrogant, smart but full of anxiety and won't wait to strike back to a girl who is likely trying to make conversation making what she can of the evening.
Reading a book in a quiet pub can give you this intimate window as conversations around you allow in
He became defensive, oh natural... and while I wouldnt say anything, it was entertaining, like a sidenote to a story, I wondered why she stayed but I guess she was being polite in a way, and even though they seemed to not to get along at all, they did share laughter together.
