Yes, its true but why can't I get a date🤔 I guess I don't trust ppl im afraid of getting hurt again...smh

If you have the relationship with yourself you've always wanted, it won't matter WHAT people do. You'll always have YOU to return to. It will also let you be unafraid of letting people hurt you. Your relationship, your happiness, your life isn't dependent upon what other people do. Would you like to have a soul mate? Mate with your soul. Positive expressions of that will fall into place.
