I Prefer A Relationship Over Dating

Don't know if I should. My cousin friend was seeing this girl. He's not feeling her anymore but told me he wants me to talk to her. She is a bit younger than me but he said that she likes me. She's looking for someone to commitment and not use her has friends with benefits. I got the ok from the guy and he said you have the patience for her. Not sure if it would be right?!?! Don't get me wrong she is beautiful and down to earth. Only things is she smokes and I don't. Been over 7yes since my last gf. What do I do? Help
