How good is your self control?

On a scale of a living statue to tossing furniture out of the window from 10 high? 😶

I used to do well at Javelin at school... does a couch fly in the same way??? 🤔

@HootyTheNightOwl You need a bit more muscle. 😶
Or a catapult. 🤔
@Classified I'm not so sure... I'm quite strong for a girl... 🤭
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl A couch is still heavier than the average weight in the fitness school 😅
@Classified So are men - but I'm still able to prevent one from hitting the floor... with one arm. 🤷‍♀️
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl Depending on the angle that can be easy or difficult. 🤔
@Classified Are you considering that you are almost 2 feet shorter than he is in this example??? 🤔
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl That is a lot, but if someone is standing up straight it's easier not to let them fall to the ground than when they are halfway already.
And wouldn't you need a good technique also? 😬
Not denying it's strong btw.
@Classified More often than not, its a case of grabbing them on their way down, though... not a simple case of "Hey, grab my hand, I feel like I'm going to fall".
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl That's quite strong. I thought you had a weak health, but you're a toughy 💪
@Classified Health wise, I am weak but I still have good physical strength at times.
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl At times?
@Classified Yeah...
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl Can you use it at the times you are strong against the thing? 😅
@Classified No, it's stronger than me. I have to consider that I have a duff back and weakness in my right side... combined with the fact that I can no longer move quickly to create space in the event that I need distance.
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl So it is mainly your left side that is strong?
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl What does the doctor say?
@Classified Ugh... they're too busy denying that I had a stroke. They said that I was affected by Bell's Palsy - which doesn't cause the weakness that I have.
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl I don't even know what a Bell's Palsy is 😥
@Classified It affects the nerves on one side of your face and leaves you unable to blink and close the affected eye for a while. Drinking is also affected.

I should not have muscle weakness elsewhere in the body if all I had was Bells Palsy - so that doesn't explain why I couldn't even walk, my right hand locked into a fist for three weeks or why I have weaker muscles on my right side. Admittedly they are 2 different cases... but something happened to my body.
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl Could it be a combination of both? 😥
@Classified No idea...
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl Maybe it becomes something to find out after you have a new place.
@Classified It's certainly on my list of things to be investigated.
Classified · M
@HootyTheNightOwl Are there fun things on that list too?
