I Want To Rant

I so wish I could do everything for myself I am so sick of rely on f-cking unreliable contractors who seem to think I have all day to wait for them to charge exorbitant prices for 2 minute jobs just because they know I cant do it for myself and need it done .

I so understand where you're coming from.

I had that same experience 2 days ago. They were going to be here between 6 and 8 in the morning. After many calls to them, asking where they were, they finally showed up at 2:30. I called off the job. I made such a stink about them being irresponsible about keeping the customer informed, they waved the 15% cancellation fee, which would have been about $400.00.

If nothing else, showing up on time, and making a call to me if they can't, is just common courtesy.

@PhoenixPhail I am getting to a point that next time it happens I will wait for them to appear then tell them to f-ck off and slam the door in their face .

@Rhodesianman I know the feeling. That's essentially what I did.
They were to re-roof my garage. When they finally pulled up, I said, "Don't even take your ladders off the truck. Take it all back."
