I Want To Rant

Interesting Factoid; The more you are exposed to something or someone, the more you begin to like it.

I have found that observing people (including myself) that spending extended amounts of time around certain people who they did not previously feel romantic feelings for begin to develop such feelings.

If this is the case does that mean that people who say they have a specific "preference" of what they're into in a person, does it really just mean they're too close-minded to be willing to get a know a person that defies this well enough to form romantic attraction?

Or does it really just show how shallow we as a society are?

Personally, I think it's a bit of both. But that may be a bit biased because there have been numerous times where someone who I was romantically interested in told me they wouldn't date me. (9/10 its been because I'm black.)

@JohnRoe it's not an assumption if it's been stated to my face

@JohnRoe multiple people that I had romantic interest in have said something along the lines of "sorry but I'm not into black people" or "I don't date black people" or something like that
