@Dewms Well keep us informed so we can wish you a happy birthday, as @SW-User said you could do a cheesecake, or even an icecream cake if you have a freezer. There are also what we call vanilla slices that are pretty good and you can use biscuits as a base. better than nothing worst case

@Dewms just ordinary cream, you whip it and cover the biscuits and they soften like cake overnight.
