The school slipper!

I remember vividly tearfully coming out of the office with a burning bottom having received the due penalty for my crimes from a heartless mistress whose one objective appeared to be to make my bum the temperature of a volcano! Ow!
Did I deserve it? Not at the time, I thought! But looking back and assessing the nuisance I was - yes! Every time!

@SW-User A lot of them still are but at least they can't get away with beating children any more. They have to find other ways to abuse them.
