I Over Think and Over Analyze Everything

Why do I have to scrutinise everything from my thought process, the way I react to things right down to the "possible" outcomes or consequences?!
I really wish I was a little bit more or a risk taker or for once not overthink or worry about ridiculous possibilities that may or may not happen.

I was that way too to a great extent. The only thing that helped me was faith in God, I finally realized that through Jesus all things are possible and chances and possibility give way to the power that made the universe.
