I Am a Victim of Domestic Violence

My father and I pressed charges for my mother she was hitting me && him (he’s 82 years old) for the stupid reason that I had some shots laying around and she gave them to her friend with out my damn permission because I had told her that I might could of given them to her well her friend asked for them and she gave them to her I was boiling and I told her I was gonna give the rest to her friend because I was pissed off either I had all my 3 shorts or nothing and either her well she started hitting me with a hair brush and I never hit her so copa came maybe an hour ago because she left and my dad and I pressed charges my question is can they let her out if I removed the charges ?
