I Watch The Show Hoarders

I love that show. I saw a episode yesterday that was really sad. One guy that was nearly killed in an ATV accident in 1997 suffered severe head trauma, and his family believed that his hoarding behavior may have been due to the accident. His memory was wiped out after his injury and he hoards because he thinks he might eventually remember his past if he has his personal belongings linked to his past in front of his face every day. He had a seemingly perfect life in his youth. The popular “life of the party” type, handsome athlete, he had it all.
