if i'm upside down in the optic nerve but right side up in the real world does that also apply if i'm backwards? sideways? wearing my hat on my feet, walking a dog that is upside down?
i'm confused... or is it the other way about like backwards?

Your Vision Works on 360 degree around you which means your vision remain the same no matter which way you turned. but if you flip to your side everything will be sideways. if you filp backwards you would be upside down. if you're walking a upside down dog then you shift reality.
