I When I Cry, I Cry Silently

I'm stupid, I'm dumb.

I can't let anyone know, so when I'm alone I try not to make a sound and let out the pain. I might seem happy on the outside and smile but on the inside it feels like I am bleeding out and I know I sound silly.

I wish I could lash out against people and do right by me- but it's easier to swallow it all until it breaks me. 😭
