I Believe In Love, Kindness, And Understanding

It really does make an impact. It can be the smallest thing, I remember one time being really low, and the bus driver just gave me a warm smile and I felt instantly better. It can really be as simple as that. I never have forgot that smile and it was years ago. Because I remember that it made me feel better. The kindness of a stranger can be really impactful. I'm really thankful for everyone in my life, who has offered their ear and understanding, who have encouraged and believed in me. I feel sometimes we are so disconnected from each other in this world and just to have those moments of connection, with friends, family or even strangers can be really meaningful. We can have these moments of connection with people long gone or unknown, but they've wrote a book, a piece of music, a film, art, what have you, that has resonated with you, helped you, a hand reaching out to you saying "i feel you" I try to do the same because I know what it meant to me.
