What is better? Tikka masala or butter chicken?

What is up with everyone saying Tikka Masala being sweet ? I've never had a sweet Tikka Masala. But then again I know Indian food overseas doesn't taste the same as here.


Go for butter chicken anyway

Edit; oh right I remember. Once I was in a buffet in Chicago and they gave me some chicken which tasted fine but not at all like what label it had. It was Tikka something.

butter chicken is the kinda thing that almost everyone likes, very accessible, not very refined. tikka masala is pretty close to the same... between the two, I'd likely pick butter chicken for myself.

I prefer butter chicken. Tikka masala is more sweet tasting which is meh
