Who needs a stereo or tv when you have got neighbours as loud as mine?

Mine don't fight, they just believe they need to have their stereo or tv at a volume that rivals the cinema and allow their kids to jump around as if they are on a mission to come through my ceiling.

I live a half mile from my closest neighbors and I can hear them fighting every night!! 😡

@OWTFWN: Unfortunately they don't do much. I do, however, consistently put in complaints about the noise to the concierge and had words with my housing officers. Evidently that doesn't do much either, but at least I'm trying something
