Why are all the top heavy weigth boxers in the world ,now British?

Cool, I was very confused for a moment. I don't even know of a UK boxer other than lennox lewis although I'm sure others exist. I would think if "all the top boxers in the world ,now British" it would be a phenomenon that most would know about. Someone needs to call central and South America and let them know they don't count I guess?
