If you were spanking them, I'd not say or do anything; unless someone tried to intervene in which case I'd offer a word of support and tell the member of the public to sod off; and mind their own business.

Go up to you and stop you .record it first when you are hitting them for evidence and then have someone record me going over to you and take you away from the kids . Then call the social services and the cops
And show them the clips and bam jail time for you and kids taken away

It depends. I mean it's ok to give a little discipline like a pop on the hand or something, but I wouldn't do anything unless your were beating the crap out of them or slapping them or something.

If I see kids getting hit by anyone - anything besides a swat on the bottom for behavior's sake - someone is getting their ass kicked. Might even be me ... but I couldn't turn the other way when I might make a difference.

When you say hitting them do you mean disciplining them or do you mean just outright hitting them?
