I Have a Question

It's not you. I've noticed it and so have others. But my understanding is that the site developers all have day jobs and work on the site's functionality, on the side.

They're working on the site. It's not easy when they're a small team here. Not sure if you were here when they first launched, but they've completed quite a lot since then. If you read the admin announcements they will let you know what they're working on and why it's taking time and the time frame in which the features will be added. Just have a bit of patience. It's not the end of the world.
