I Have a Question

I never understood why people felt the need to bully other people? I also don't understand why the person getting bullied the minute they retaliate they're the ones in trouble I think I mean you can only put up with someone's BS for so long. You have a right to be respected you have a right to be loved and you have a right to be yourself. It doesn't matter where you come from what you believe you have a right to be happy being yourself. Just some food for thought.

I have ZERO tolerance for bullies and have no problem calling them out in it.
I think people might bully someone because they feel weak. It's a compensation for their own feelings of powerlessness, and it makes them feel bigger if they can make someone else small. It could also be a bonding thing they do with one or more of their friends who help in the bullying.

My daughter was bullied but never retaliated and never joined in bullying other people this backfired on her enormously, she would come home and say 'Katie M(real name) was bullying N but I wouldn't join in so they started on me and N joined in.'
