Is it okay for say a 25 year old girl to be with a 45 year old man?

Age shouldn't be allowed to be a barrier when it comes to love, nor should it be seen as one.

@bijouxbroussard Of course not, but the original comment wasn't about that. It was to do with age differences between adults, namely 25 and 45, so dragging a subject like pedophilia into the conversation wasn't really appropriate in this instance.
