I Am Pissed Off
Sometimes I really do hate people. One of the elderly people I work with got ripped off. He fell for that fake IRS scam. I want sit every one of these people down and ... I don't know. List every scam I know about that they need to watch out for? Lame. Take their phones away? Cruel.
I feel like my reaction (getting mad) could get me fired. No one said anything, but I get nervous. I'm not mad at him exactly. I'm mad that people so easily do that to someone. It doesn't bother them in the least to steal that money, to con people out of it.
They don't see the effects, but they wouldn't care even if they did. This old guy could be crying right in front of them, and they'd just demand more money.
