I Hate Weakness

I hate people who refuse to pursue their own lives and happiness and instead make their problems everyone else's. Sometimes I think we as a society accommodate the weak too much. There's a fine line between being helpful and enabling, and there's a point where natural selection should run its course and weed out the toxins of the world.

@SunPuppy Which way do you associate toxins? As your wording of helpful, fine line, enabling point to a world less able to grasp compassion and empathy. If you think that's what the world is offering too much, fine, maybe it's they are offering it too late?

@SW-User compassion and empathy are all good and fine, but there comes a point where one becomes overly empathetic.

@SunPuppy But that's not a real response, either. If the acts of violence in this world are really brought upon by anger, then the heart really if it opens does offer a way out.

@SunPuppy No, but I do suspect we all hang in the balance like we never feel we do and instead of getting down on that, I really say 'live and let live'.

@SW-User "Live and let live", if anything, is a phrase that allows for countless world problems and spawns a lack of initiative to make the next day better than the last
