I Don't Like Automatically Flushing Toilets

I'm trying to figure why we'd even want one. I mean, wot if it goes off prematurely?😱

@freeflow: It's when it refuses to flush that the problems start. You're standing there, waving your hand back and forth in front of the (apparently blind) sensor and wondering if you're going to have to leave a surprise for the next occupant.

@crossproduct: I must be thick. That one never occurred to me and there'd be plenty of pranksters keen to disable that sensor. It wouldn't be difficult unless they mounted a motion sensor up at ceiling height! Then it might get confused with the bowl next door!!!
