I Got The Cane At School

Well, actually I didn't, but I thought I was going to. I was 10 or 11 and I was caught out of bounds during the lunch break. The mistress who caught me sent me to stand outside the head's study. I thought she was going to ask the headmistress to cane me, but in fact I just got a detention. Maybe it would have been better if I had been caned ...

@Martinll. Yes. I'd had the ruler and slipper before but not the cane. It was only after I got it at secondary school that I discovered the one at primary school was relatively mild.
