I was caned once in the 6th form - and it was my only 6 strokes. I felt somewhat embarrassed at being caned at that age (nearly 18) for doing a stupid thing - word of my caning soon circulated around the school - and I was also the first girl to be caned over trousers!

@Rebecca54 I was caned over just knickers. We did have the rule that senior girls could wear trousers but we were all in skirts that day.

@Helen3652 We nearly always had to lift our skirts to be caned or slippered but in 6th form we were allowed to wear trousers. I was caned and slippered at school both on my knickers and through trousers. In my experience there was no significant difference, it stung just as much however I got it.

@ArtieKat Well, that was the only time when she found out that I had been punished at school. I never told her when I got the slipper.

I think she thought I had been punished enough at school that time and I hadn't been spanked by her at home since I was 13.
