I need help understanding guys

This guy I’m talking to and I really like is a Tennessee boy. He has always called me hun and babe but about 2 months into talking he started calling me princess but it’s not super common for him to. He also about a week or two ago called me babygirl but has yet to since. How come thoes two names he uses less? Any inside information on guys would help a bunch. Thanks
