I Have Issues With My Mother

As a child I was in foster care a lot, along with my brother and sister. My mother has a bad drug problem, and was a very, very unfit mother. She got pregnant and had another child 6 years ago and I've got custody of her and have had her since 2015. My mother lives one state over, its an almost 3 hour drive and I was supposed to bring Wynter and my other sister who's 18 (she also lives with me) and my two kids over to see her today. We had it planned all week but my sisters, my son and I are sick, so I had to call and cancel our plans. She just flipped out on me and cussed me out. "Julie and Wynnie are MY babies, quit trying to take my babies away from me!!!" I can't even deal with her.
