I Havent Been the Same Since My Father Died

It’s been almost 3 months since he died. I now see him in my dreams. They’re not clear, but they’re all I have left of him.

It will improve. Not over night. But you will reintegrate. Go easy on yourself. Grief takes its own time, and the only way through it is to go through it. No short cuts, except maybe grief counseling.

I know. It is hard. But know you will get through this process. Don't resist your feelings. That's what is making it harder than it need be.

It's a big shock, bereavement can be hard. Make sure you have people to talk to and be around, friends/family. Take a day at a time, I know how you feel as i lost my Dad a while ago and my mum years ago

He comes to you in your dreams with a message. Do you need him to come that way? Is there something you need to say to him? What is he doing in your dreams? Is he saying something, doing something? Perhaps it is to let you know he is thinking about you. Think. You can figure this out. And condolences to you too.

hope things get better in time. things change after things like that. i know from family members passing. things are never the same you just get use to them not being there, but yet you still carry those people with you.
