My phobia hit at age 17 while giving a report in front of history class.
I trembled shook and my head shook violently.
After class my best friend wanted to know why I shook that way.
It had never happened before that incident marked the end of any public social activities like eating out in public Lunchrooms.
It was a nightmare especially at an age when we are developing socially.
I felt cursed and alone
Yes phobias can ruin your life.
Wish they had medications available back then like they do now to help panic and anxiety attacks
