I Want You To Write A Poem Off-the-cuff Right Here Right Now

Lost to Nothing Want

You think there is more to me
But just maybe it is not so
So please move beside me
Hold my hand
And for a few moments, ask for nothing more
littlepinklotus · 41-45, F
I take your hand in mine.
I will be silent.
I will bide my time.
Until I can show you I see so much more.
Its all just waiting to burst out of your core.
okaybut · 56-60, M
@littlepinklotus:
But what if it is suffering I seek
Better than a state of numb
A what point is calm down...too calm
If you give your smile freely
How can I see its value?
littlepinklotus · 41-45, F
@okaybut:

Be careful what you seek.
You may not desire the havoc it wreaks.
There's so much more to life than pain.
Even if the stains remain.
The ugliness can always be washed away with the rain.
So please refrain from such desires.
It can only cause such dark fires.

Though I give my smile freely its still worth more than you know.
A smile is a beacon of hope in a world of woes.

@littlepinklotus:
You preach of faith and love
But what if I just take
Water falling into an abyss
Lifeless
Flawless in its emptiness
QueenOfSmiles · 46-50, F
Simply lingler beside me
A finger elongated toward
My hand
A mere breathe of tough
Enough to know your are there
okaybut · 56-60, M
@QueenOfSmiles:
While I might be vacant
I try not to be anymore
Feelings lost to touch
Is that not enough?
