Well in the picture you posted you have brown hair. I have seen many blond hair blue eyed Latin people. So no I don't think the natural color is always brown. The think is from what I know or have heard a large population of the Latin countries used to be fair skinned, blond hair, and blue eyes that was that original look but at some point in history the Arab nation had taken a large portion of Latin populated land and that's why many latin people are darker skinned. But this happen many many many years ago. But in genetics a person with dark hair and brown eyes is more likely to pass on the trait. Unless both the parents carry each one recessive light colored gene they can both have dark traits eyes and hair and a child can come out with light features but their is only a 25% of that happening
