First: stop using chemicals on your skin and hair. No lotions or conditioners, shampoos or creams. Use soap only when an area actually needs cleaning, such as after going number 2 on the toilet or before and after handling meat and such. Soaps remove your natural oils. It sounds wrong, but that's actually the opposite of what you want. You need those oils for this to work.
Second: Get a spray bottle and fill it with water, preferably distilled or reverse osmosis. Not tap water. It might work with tap water, but chlorination and skin don't go well together and so I haven't tested to see if it still works with tap water.
Third: spray your hair and run your hands through it, preening like a bird, rubbing your scalp and moving the oils down your hair shaft. Work your way across your whole body, rubbing your face in a similar way next. You might notice an instinctive pull or desire directing how and where you rub. If it gets dry spray it again. You might notice tingling, itching, or slight burning. You'll also probably notice red spots as areas you rub fill with blood. Don't scratch. Just spray and rub. Don't rub dry. When you feel done with an area move on to another. Do your armpits a little more thouroughly, and any area that has body hair. You'll notice your own body odor, but the rubbing will get rid of bad odor and increase the more attractive smells (depending on your diet of course, as diet can mess up your natural smell too). You'll also notice it increasing attractive smells in your pubic region. This is all very natural and you don't have to worry about it.
Do this procedure at least once a day INSTEAD of showering. It will keep you clean and it's much better at taking care of your skin. Natural oils and light water are very good at keeping a creature clean.
