@TheSacredOne bit imagine that person had kids.... I'm not saying it's right, and yes - they should fucking know better!!!

But do you let the kids suffer?

@TheSacredOne you are right in what you say... I've seen it - drives me nuts that people let it take over their lives.
You wpuld think the love of your children would stop you - but it doesn't!

@TonyPajamas amd a hell of a lot of addictions stem from rec drugs taking over a person's life.

From my experience only, I'd say that rec drugs are still the worst culprits.

It seems for all out advancements - we're getting worse🤷‍♀️

@BoobooSnafu I think we are more able to identify problems. Like, a couple thousand years ago we didn't have cancer or autism like we do now because 1) we didn't know what those things were, 2) most people died of childbirth or their teeth in their 30s or early 40s, and 3) when cancer or autism did happen the person just died or was considered "touched" in some way. Offspring who were not neurotypical probably usually died young. Those that didn't became weird spiritual people.

Back then we were more like... "Gaah killed big bull with stick, he provide good food for me and baby. But Haag killed lion with club, he good protector. How me ch... Oh no Baag is raping me now I guess his douchebag offspring will grow up to conquer the world."

And that was the smart ones.
