I Feel Like My Dreams Are Telling Me Something

Dream the Dreamer Dreaming.... I'm 27 years old. I'm a writer. I also dream a great deal when I'm sleeping. And I like to document those dreams so they don't fade with time. Nothing better than revisiting fantastical locations years after they've first been discovered. I'm also a strong believer in possibilities. In fact, they're endless. Life is full of endless possibilities, and so I live my life believing that almost anything is possible.

The mind is a powerful thing. And so is the spirit.

That being said, I'm going to just come out and say that I very strongly believe that there is more to this life and this world than what the eye can see or hand can touch. All it takes is a little letting go. Our energy is so often wound up in itself, we become tangled. Twisted in reality. Physical reality. But that's not all there is.

Think of it like this, to give you an idea of some of the phillosophical thoughts I sometimes have and love to discuss.

Dreams. They become only memories when we awake in the morning. But memory... isn't that the full extent of our lives? Yesterday, the 'real' yesterday is only a memory. I say I've lived yesterday because the memories are there. I walked downtown and had a meal. I saw the full moon. I lived and breathed yesterday. That being said, my dreams are just as strong most of the time. The memories as vivid. Who's to say those memories aren't just as real? I remember them. And if all we know of yesterday is memory at it's core, than I have also lived what I've dreamed. The parts add up to the same. At least, for the dreamer they do.

Peace,

Abaxial
