I Feel Like My Dreams Are Telling Me Something

I am at a vegetarian restaurant I used to work at, and I am holding a doll, it was supposedly an evil doll. Its eyes moved around and lit up, but when i show it to this guy (my co worker in real life) the doll stops moving. I tell him that it acts weird when it is alone with me. He believed me even though he didn't see it happen. What could this mean?
Why was he in this dream? He is my co-worker in real life. He smiles alot. Should i keep my eye on him, eye of caution or what?

not sure, do you feel a bit of a loner at work? like you might want acceptance/familiarity.
depends on what you felt personally as its all super subjective.
maybe you just trust him?. or maybe you feel like people arent being honest with you or telling you what you want to hear?.
