I Feel Ashamed

Well sometimes you react cause you get tired of getting hurt yourself

You're human, it happens. It's good that you still have a conscience which means that you have regret and you are less likely to go too far.

Be honest. It felt good.

As you get older you learn that hatred and revenge destroys you

Hurting someone's feelings has nothing to do with love or hate. It we are in ANY relationship more then 20 minutes you WILL hurt someone. We are human, it will happen. The secret is what do you do now? Is it a situation that you can repair? Is it someone else's thing to fix? Is it worth repairing? If there is anything I can help with let me know....

There is a fine line between obsession and hatred, love is something different entirely and nothing like people think it is. Being in love is just a romantic obsession, loving someone is deeper.

You are feeling the appropriate response.

I would like to think I know and understand that!! But yeah it doesn't feel any better. Is no greener on the other side ☺️

Some people are just emotionally unstable. 🙄
