I Have Dermatillomania

Never been formally diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I do. My favorite place to pick is my left ear. Been picking there since I was 6 years old and still haven't stopped in over 20 years. Some days are worst then others. I now realize it depends on my stress level. Though I fear the picking (along with prolonged use of earbuds) is effecting my hearing. I used to switch between ears but not anymore. I also pick nails, cuticles, blemishes, black heads, pimples, hairs; it's never ending.
