I Like Steaks

Mmmm. I also LOVE steak. T-bones, Porterhouse, and Rib-eyes are my favorite. I consider myself a purist, using only a small amount of fresh garlic and salt on my steak, prior to cooking it. And, there is nothing more sinfully delicious than cutting off a bit of it prior to barbecuing, and partaking in the pure carnal delights of raw steak. ;-) Oddly enough, I had steak tar-tar at a high end restaurant in Paris, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I do the above mentioned cuts of steak. I found the tar-tar to be too rich, and though it was quite flavorful with capers, etc, I ended up eating only half of it due to it's richness. SEX, STEAK, and SEAFOOD...the three most SENSUOUS delicacies on Earth!!! ;-)

I like Chinese food. It's my comfort food. I like Cantonese best for its dark rich sauce. My favorite dish. Which I use to rate other restaurants by is. Beef tomato green pepper. Yum.

purists eat it almost raw or at least medium rare. you should try steak tar tar (at least once).. pretty good.

nono----A1 sauce is the "BEST"
