I Like Steaks
Mouthwatering And So Juicy...
My two favorite ways to cook my steaks are to either let then soak in marinade, I use various types depending on the type of steak. I usually let it sit in a covered container in the fridge for a couple days to let it soak up the flavor and to become extra tender. Once its ready I put it on the nice hot grill and slow cook it drizzling the left over marinade as it cooks. The other way I like it that is a lot quicker preparing is to take it strainght from the freezer. I will put it on the grill frozen and sprinkle with seasonings. I think the main thing to remember is always grill on low heat, I do mine on the lowest setting my grill has, and I turn it often. It takes a little longer to cook, but in the end my steak is so tender and juicy that it is well worth the wait. Plus, its always nice to hear the neighbors comment on how good the grill smelled and how hungry it made them.
